For 20 years, Fiona worked in global and UK pharma and consumer healthcare teams, covering multiple therapy areas and the full product lifecycle. During this time, she held senior insight and brand planning roles at Boots Pharmaceuticals, Boots Healthcare International/Crookes Healthcare, and AstraZeneca, ensuring that customer, competitor, and market insights drove brand strategy and communications.
Fiona then spent 15 years at a global learning and capability agency, leading a team that focused on developing marketing capabilities. Here she:
- Created and delivered blended learning curricula based on needs analyses, accelerating capability adoption across global pharma clients
- Designed and facilitated marketing capability assessment and development centres, strengthening talent pipelines
- Delivered workshops worldwide on brand planning, launch excellence, and marketing excellence principles
- Provided consultancy to brand teams, embedding marketing excellence principles into day-to-day practice
